Plans for 2008
It's a bit early yet on my side of the globe, but it's past time on another side, so here are my new year resolutions i.e. plans for 2008!

1. Hermaphrodite 9 by Bambi Takada (finished)
2. Hermaphrodite 10 by Bambi Takada (70% scanned, 20% cleaned, 10% edited)
3. Souten Kouro by Bambi Takada (a Roy x Ed alternate story, you'll love it and you'll hate it!)

That's it so far. I might throw in some Love Mido or Yokohamaya. I've also obtained Sigma 1 from MaPL, so there's a chance for some HP in between. I've also been able to find another doujinshi by the circle of Sign 01 (but not Sign 02, sigh). There's plenty to choose from, so I won't get bored.

I was wondering if you'd prefer to to have works in progress posted here as I'm doing with Herma 9? Only unless there are holidays it will be more like 2-3 pages only each post.

Also since I've started debinding books for scanning I have some poor debinded doujinshi flying around here now. I don't like taking donations, but instead I thought it'd be nice to auction them off on here starting with a minimum bid of the price of worldwide airmail shipping. The books are of course complete with all pages, just... debinded. Would anyone even be interested in this? I have no use for them since they're doubles, but I doubt anyone would buy a debinded doujinshi normally :)

9 and 10 are both only little side stories. They give us an idea of how their relationship evolved into what is shown as end in volume 8 :)

If the doujinshi is Fullmetal Alchemist and by Bambi, I'll buy the djs, but only from this author and this fandom. ETA: Actually, I'll take any of the FMA ones if those are the doubles, don't care who wrote/drew them, but I only like FMA djs.

I'm so excited that you're translating Souten Kouro along with the Hermaphrodite series! I've seen it so, Yes, definitely, I will love it and hate it! :D I prefer to have the whole doujinshi posted at one time rather than little bits here and there. I'm greedy that way! :) I like to have the whole thing all at once! :D Good luck selling those doujinshi. I already own all the Hermaphrodite books and Souten Kouro. I think I own practically every FMA doujinshi done by Bambi Takada/Ronno & Kalus come to think of, not to mention a bunch by RH+. Anyway, I'm so totally rambling right now. sorry! Bambi released a "sequel" to the horse smex book this comiket and also a compilation of works that includes some rare copy books and stuff that was only released in anthologies. So there's new food for us Bambi fans :)

I must admit I don't like RH+, something about the art just doesn't go well with me.

Yeah, RH+ isn't as good as Bambi's stuff. Roy looks so dark and brooding more often than not. I still like it tho. :)

Oh nice! I tend to not buy doujinshi online though since they are more expensive then when bought in Japan. And I have 20kg of doujinshi on a ship somewhere heading towards me, so more than enough material for years to come :)

I am interested in Hermaphrodite - all of them - in any shape you have them as long as they can be read. It could be sent either to England or US - whichever is easiest. If nobody else is going to get them, please let me know!

generally i wouldn't mind buying debound DJs depending on HOW they were debound -- if they were cut, probably not; if they were unstapled, sure; if stab binding was removed, sure; if they were separated by heating the glue and then pulling the pages off carefully, sure (because i can rebind those easily).

Separated by heating the glue is how I do it. I just can't fit them back into the book again. I completely fail at that even with guides :)

Do you have some of Lovemido? Wich ones? I like her art, and all the R18 are so sexy and hot... if is possible I would like to see the 3 "Still the cat devour love" I own only 2 of them... (T_T)m

I have all three cat books by Lovemido and love them to pieces... we'll see if I get to doing them. I'm pretty sure I have all lovemido books released up to last November.

Oh I envy you... I bought the last ones "Itsuka no yorimitchi, kaeru mitchi" very good art and a jealous Ed... my favourites (^_^)

She has a lot of oneshot "Majolica, majorca", "Vital source", "A twice-told tale", "Maze"... any of them will make me happy (The cat ones have a pre-story in a total 4 maybe it's too much work).

First, I'm curious, sooooo much curious, so I'ld prefer to see Hermaphrodite 9 "worked in progress"! ^.^

May I ask you a couple of things?
1) I've love sooooo much munich 1921 part 1. There's a part 2 anywhere (scanlated, because I don't know japanese! XD)? It's such a wonderful story! *_*

2) I have found a beautiful scanlation RAW of a RoyxEd story, very sweet/angst from what i've understand, I think you might like it. I don't ask you to translate it, of course, i've read you LJ info! ^^ It isn't a book, there are scanlations taken from a site I don't remember but I'm almoust sure it was aarinfantasy. "LoveLetter/1921" is it name. Do you want it?

1) I have part 2 translated, but sadly person supposed to scan it never did it. I have now bought the book to scan and it is on a ship on the way to me. So yes, it will definitely be done, but it might take another two months.

2) I know LoveLetter/1921 but it has such filigrane art and is beyond my skill of editing. I'm sure someone else will pick it up though :)

2) Oh, I Hope so, it seems such a wonderful story (and I love the chara design! *_*)!!! The good thing is that without knowing the dialogues I can imagine them and create a personal story! :-P

Really thank you for all the awesome FMA work. I can't wait to be read herma 10th chapter XD I'm translating herma into vietnamese for my RoyEd VNFC and formy site [i'm from togashifc, and my friend jeanny has contacted your for the permission and the scan XD]. i've also done "sign #01" and some of your FMA works. Hello,

I would definitely appreciate it, but I can't promise I'll use them. Depends on the quality as I usually debind my book so I have no gutter shadow (probably I suck so much at cleaning at editing afterwards) :)
